Refund Counselling Fee/Tuition Fee

 Refund counselling/tuition fee

 (Academic Sessions 2024-25, 2025-26 and 206-27)

Students who have paid the counselling fee/tuition fee, but for some reason if they decide not to take admission, the counselling fee/tuition fee will be refunded.

Refund schedule:

• Students who paid counselling/tuition fees in the first round of counselling will receive their refund in Slot 1 (December 1st to 15th 2026).
• Students who paid counselling/tuition fees in the second round of counselling will receive their refund in Slot 2 (January 1st to 15th 2027).
• Students who paid counselling/tuition fees in the second round of counselling will receive their refund in Slot 3 (February 1st to 15th 2027).

To initiate the refund process, please email the following details to infoaieese@gmail.com or info@aieeseprimary.co.in

A. Candidate's details:

• Candidate's name
• Father's Name
• Application number
• Registered Email ID
• Registered Mobile Number

B. Bank details:

• Bank Name
• Account Holder Name
• Account Number
• IFSC Code

Note:

• Please provide the same bank details used for the initial payment for the counselling fee/tuition fee.
• We will send a confirmation email upon receiving your details.
