Online Application Procedure:

Step 1: Registration

- Create an account by filling out the registration form on the right side of the home page.
- Enter basic details to create your account.

Step 2: Fill in Personal Details

- Log in to your account and fill in all basic personal details.

Step 3: Pay Application Fee

- Pay the application fee online according to your category.

Step 4: Fill in Contact Details

- Enter parent's mobile number, alternate mobile number, and other contact details.

Step 5: Fill in Address

- Enter your permanent and corresponding address.

Step 6: Fill in Examination Details

- Select your preferred examination date (Slot I, Slot II, Slot III, or Slot IV).
- Choose any three examination centres  (Choice 1, Choice 2, and Choice 3).

Step 7: Fill in Academic Details

- Enter your 10th and 12th standard academic details.

Step 8: Upload Documents

- Upload a passport-size color photograph and signature.

Final Submission
- Submit your application to receive your application number.
- Take a printout of the filled application form and payment receipt for your records

No. Only one e-mail id and mobile number combination are for only one candidate for AIEESE (Primary & Secondary). You will not be able to use this set of e-mail id and mobile numbers in filling out another Application Form for the AIEESE (Primary) Examination.

Note: Candidate can use same user id & password to apply AIEESE (Primary & Secondary).

ACADEMIC CRITERIA:

The candidate must be passed the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.

AGE LIMIT:

The candidate must be 17 years of age at the time of admission or by December 31, 2026. There is upper age limit.

For online registration, please note that you will be asked to fill in all your academic and personal information as mentioned in your education certificates of the Secondary Board and Senior Secondary Board examinations.

Applicants are required to fill in their academic details and personal details. Also, they have to upload a scanned copy of their passport size photograph and signature. No other documents are needed to be uploaded.

Applicants have to pay their application fees according to the Application fee against the category mentioned in the table below.

Choosing three examination cities provides flexibility in case your first choice city has too many candidates.

- Your first choice city will be allotted as your examination center, whenever possible.
- If your first choice city has too many candidates, your second and third choices will be considered However, because of operational constraints, the organisation reserves the right to add a new city or remove an existing one and allot a city that may not be any of the choices of a candidate.

By choosing three cities, you can:

- Increase your chances of getting your preferred examination centre.
- Reduce the likelihood of being allotted a city that is not your preference

The application fees can be submitted only "ONLINE" through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm Services.

When you can get back online, first check the status of your payment on the AIEESE (Primary) 2026 website. If the payment was received by AIEESE (Primary) 2026, you can continue the process of printing the “Application form”. If the payment was not received, you have to start with the Step of “Payment” again, to complete your application.

Once you've submitted your online application and downloaded the admission form, you cannot make any changes. Ensure accuracy when entering information. 

Note: If there are any corrections in your filled application form, you will have the opportunity to correct them on a specific date which is given in the important date section. you will need to log in to your account to make this correction.

This happens because of some failure in internet transactions (including failure of internet connection at your end). As soon as possible, you must initiate a fresh payment process on the website, and make the payment again. The money that was debited (taken out) from your bank account in the first transaction will be returned or credited (put back) to your Bank account. You will be charged only once. Any excess/unaccounted debits will be returned to your account. Thus, the payment for AIEESE (Primary) Scholarship Examination will be done only once with confirmed SMS or e-mail sent to you with a payment voucher.
