Counselling related FAQs

Counselling Procedure:

Candidates who appeared in AIEESE-2025 are eligible to attend the online counselling for ‘Admission along with Scholarship’ at AIEESE (Primary) participating institutes. Please read the online counselling process carefully before beginning the counselling.

Step I: Login and selecting the Institutes with branch:
Log in to the counselling panel using your registered mobile number or application number. A list of colleges and universities with available branches (streams) will be displayed based on your marks in AIEESE-2025.
You must select institutes along with branches according to your preference. For example, assign priority 1 to the institute where you most strongly wish to secure admission with a scholarship. Please select a minimum of 25 institutes, and you may choose additional institutes according to your preference, ensuring that each selection includes at least one branch.

Step-II: Payment of counseling fee (As a tuition fee):
After selecting your preferred institutes and branches, you must make an online payment using a debit card, credit card, or net banking from any bank or UPI. A counselling fee of ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) will be applicable for seat allotment and will be adjusted against the first-year tuition fee at the allotted institute. The student will be required to pay the remaining tuition fees to the institute after deducting ₹10,000. If a student declines admission to the allotted institute during counselling, the ₹10,000 counselling fee will be refundable.

Step-III: Downloading of Admission receipt (Provisional Admission):
After paying the counselling fee in Step II, you can download your admission receipt in twenty working days after completing Step II.
The admission receipt will contain all relevant details, including the allotted institute, branch, campus reporting date, scholarship information, and other important data. Please keep this receipt for future reference, as it is crucial for the entire admission process. Ensure that you carefully check all the details related to the college and other information mentioned on the receipt. You do not need to be physically present at the institute where you are seeking admission. Verification of all original documents will be conducted online, following the procedure of the admitting institute.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please email scanned copies of your academic documents (10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet, and recent passport-sized colour photographs) to info@aieeseprimary.co.in or infoaieese@gmail.com.
2. Admission and scholarships are granted exclusively to students who participate in AIEESE (Primary) counselling. The details of admission and scholarship allocation are available in the scholarship layout on the website: https://aieeseprimary.co.in/layout-scholarship.
3. If you are unable to attend the first round of counselling, you may join the next round, depending on seat availability. The date for the subsequent round will be posted on the website (www.aieeseprimary.co.in), so please visit the AIEESE (Primary) 2025 website regularly for important dates and updates.

Please note that you will need to enter the same information that you previously provided in your Application Form for the AIEESE (Primary) Scholarship examination."

Candidates who have been allotted seats must join the assigned college/course within the specified timeframe, as indicated on their admission letter.

At the time of joining the allotted college, please carry with you the following documents:

a. Secondary and Senior Secondary passing certificates and marks sheets/Grade cards.

b. SC/ST/OBC/PH certificate (if applicable) from a competent authority.

c. Character certificate (original) from the Head of the Institution that you have last attended.

d. Four passport-size photographs.

e. Aadhar card 

Yes. You can change the allocated college even after generation of the Admission receipt, candidate can change the name of their allocated college.

There will be only one round of counselling.

No. Only the AIEESE (Primary) scorecard with a valid score is necessary for your Counselling session.

Step 1. Click the “Re-counselling tab.”  

Step 2.  Select the desired institute &branch and Submit.

Step 3. Download the new admission letter

After that, the previous admission letter will be obsolete.  You can download a new admission letter after five working days. 

If a student wishes to change their allotted institute or branch, they can apply for re-counselling by following these steps:
Click on the "Re-counselling" tab.
Select the desired institute and branch, then submit your choice.
Download the new admission letter.
Please note that once you submit the request for re-counselling, the previous admission letter  will become obsolete. You can download the new admission letter after five working days.
