The procedure followed for online counselling is:
ONLINE COUNSELLING PROCEDURE
Step I: Log in and selecting the college/university with branch:
You have to log in the counselling panel, using your user id and password. List of state-wise colleges /universities with branches (streams) displayed in your counselling panel according to your marks in AIEESE - 2024. Where in you have to choose colleges/universities along with branches, according to your priority (preference). For example, you have to choose priority 1 to that college/university in which you strongly desire to take admission along with a scholarship. Kindly select a minimum 25 numbers of colleges/universities and a maximum according to your choice with at least one branch.
Step-II: Payment of counselling fee (As a tuition fee):
After selecting a college/ university with a branch from your side, you have to make online payments through debit card/ credit card/ Net banking of any Bank/ UPI. The counselling fee of Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for seat allotment will be applicable & shall be adjusted with the college/ university 1st-year tuition fee in which the student is required to pay the college/ university tuition fees after deducting the amount of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only). In case any student declines to take admission to the college/ university allotted to them at the time of counselling, the counselling fee i.e. Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) will be refundable
Step-III: Downloading of Admission receipt (Provisional Admission):
After submitting the counselling fee during step II, You can download your admission receipt after five working days of completion of step II. Mentioned in admission receipt like allotted college/ university, Branch, reporting date of campus, Scholarship and other information. Please keep this receipt with you for all future references also, note that this receipt is important for the entire admission process. Kindly check carefully all the details of the college and all relevant information mentioned on the receipt. You are not required to be physically present at the college/ institute where you are seeking admission. The verification of all documents will be done online and as per the procedure of the admitting institute.

AIEESE (Primary)-2024 Counselling sessions will be carried out through “Online” mode only.
No. Counselling sessions will be carried out through “Online” registration and filling in your choice can be done from a place of convenience (including, from your home) using the internet.
You are required to fill in the same information that you have filled in your “Application Form” before the AIEESE (Primary) Scholarship examination.
Candidates with allotted seats will be required to join the allotted college/course within the stipulated period from the "Date of Allotment" as mentioned in your admission receipt.
At the time of joining the allotted college, please carry with you the following documents:
a. Secondary and Senior Secondary passing certificates and marks sheets/Grade cards.
b. SC/ST/OBC/PH certificate (if applicable) from a competent authority.
c. Character certificate (original) from the Head of the Institution that you have last attended.
d. Four passport-size photographs.
e. Aadhar card
Yes. You can change the allocated college even after generation of the Admission receipt, candidate can change the name of their allocated college.
There will be only one round of counselling.
No. Only the AIEESE (Primary) scorecard with a valid score is necessary for your Counselling session.
